What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 2-5 business days to process it for delivery.
Once your order has been processed it will ship. Standard shipping time is 3-4 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed we cannot change or cancel your order.
Do you accept returns?
While we hope you enjoy your products, we understand that some items may not be the best fit. We will gladly accept returns for unused, unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse. Please contact us at hello@stitchedharvest.com to initiate your return. After contacting us, we will provide you with the information necessary to ship your return to us for processing.
**NOTE: Stitched Harvest reserves the right to decline any return request in its sole discretion.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
We additionally offer support for ShopPay, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
Do you offer split over 4 payment installments?
We accept pay over time payments thank to our partner Shop Pay Installments powered by Affirm. You will be able to chose that payment option on checkout.
For installment orders that are split into four biweekly payments, there are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees.
